ecograf\u00eda es un m\u00e9todo diagnostico no invasivo, el cual utiliza ondas sonoras para reflejar las estructuras corporales y permitir que se puedan examinar los \u00f3rganos del cuerpo. En Salud Tolima ofrecemos una amplia variedad de ex\u00e1menes de ultrasonido &#8211; incluyendo ecograf\u00eda general, ginecol\u00f3gica y obstetricia y\u00a0 Doppler &#8211; para ayudar al proceso de diagn\u00f3stico de los usuarios. Es importante tener en cuenta que algunos ex\u00e1menes requieren una preparaci\u00f3n.
